Have to wait too long for an appointment to see doctor. Doctor knows prescriptions will run out before appointment. Refused to refill script to hold over until scheduled appointment. Front desk staff can be rude. I've been in for previous appointment to find boyfriend and child of staffers in office area with open computers and patient information. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Aaron is great, the staff is absolutely horrible. I went to him for 20 years util recently and I've now had it with his staff's incompetency. Long waits trying to make an appointment, and I'm talking 10 minutes+, Rude, I was told by the front desk they don't have time to call and say "hey you haven't been here in awhile, you should schedule a checkup" they just let you get kicked out of the system and make you wait 2+ months for an appointment as a new patient. 20 years I've been going here and dealing with these idiot temp service quality staff, no more can't take it.

Having chronic illnesses since childhood. I have seen many doctors. Dr. Aaron Blanzy is by far the best doctor I have ever had.

Very impressed with how caring and understand. He and his NP was. They listened to all my medical need and concerns. All his his staff was friendly and helpful.

Dr Blanzy is the best, but his office staff is HORRIBLE! Great bedside manner, listens and offers several options. Really a good guy once you get past his office staff. Don't bother leaving messages, they won't be returned. Make sure you get any scripts or referrals before you leave the office, because the office staff is useless.

Dr. Blanzy is a Very Good Doctor, I would recommend Him to anyone Who wants a Doctor who is truley concerned about thier well being. He is the kind of Doctor that you can be Very comfortable with,in discusing any medical situation, He is My Doctor, and I am very willing to recommend Him to anyone.
