My first child with Dr. Sweet was not a good experience. The Nurses have an attitude on the phone and do not return calls promptly within 24-48 hrs to say u need to go to er. I did not know what was going on with my body and when I was concerned his response continually was that pregnancy was not an illness but a physiological change. I had one sonogram to determine the sex of my baby and that was it. I was very concerned that the baby was larger than what we thought bc I had lost so much weight but still was huge. I was 115 lbs and gave birth to a 9 lbs 6 oz baby. I tore 4 degrees with out the thought of an apesiotomy. He chose to deliver 3 other babies before mine so I had to push to keep my daughter down for 2 1/2 hrs before he decided to come and pull her out with a vacuum. I was in the hospital for 3 days and had horrible night nurses who complained in front of me to change my bed sheets and made me feel like a nuisance. I will not deliver with Dr. Sweet or Fl Hospital again.

Dr Sweet is a wonderful compassionate Dr. But his staff leaves alot to be desired. You call his office and wait almost 10 mins to talk to someone. Then when you do they are rude and short. I was in the hospital and the er Dr. told me to follow up the next day with my regular OB and his staff told me under no circumstance could they fit me in. Even if I waited. I still was not able to get in to see any of their Dr.'s and was told that I could have a appointment next week. So I made the appointment what choice did I have. I was in pain and was in the hospital of 2 days with a ruptured cysts and possibly damaged ovary. But whats on week right, so I make my appt to be phoned a hour prior to my appt and told that I don't need to come for my visit it the pain is not sever because they had a very booked schedule and they were not sure if I would be able to be seen today. After I took the day off from work. I wonder if Dr. Sweet knows how is patients are treated? Never Again

My friend had a laprascopic hysterectomy by this doctor and he burned a hole into the top of her bladder and then sent her home. She got very sick and eventually had to go to a bladder specialist at Winter Park hospital and have a second operation with a large incision made on her stomach to fix the damage that he caused. He told her, oh well, you had a complication, that happens. Not caring at all.

Dr Sweet is wonderful! He just delivered my 4th child, which was my 4th csection. This c-section with Dr Sweet at FL hospital was my best experience ever (other babies with another dr at another hosp) Would most definitely recommend! The staff was always nice, nurse calls always returned promptly. And office visits were always quick, never a long wait in the waiting room. Dr Sweet always took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. Anytime I needed to be seen last minute, i was always fit in within a day or two. I cant stress enough how this was my best c-section experience! He's a wonderful doctor!

Dr. Sweet is awesome. He has been my OB since 1999. Had a c-section in 1999 with my 1st and now on my 4th pregnancy and plan on having my 3rd vbac. He is knowledgeable, down to earth, and cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone especially if you are looking to plan your own birth. He is honest, upfront and his staff is great too. He is one of the only providers who will do a vbac in central florida.

After searching all over central Florida for years, I have finally found a great gyn. He has been my doc. for 2 yrs. now. I highly recommend him. My friend who just loves him for OB recommended him to me. He is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner.

He is a decent doctor for routine gynecological appointments. For anything beyond that, including possible infertility, I would not recommend him. My laparoscopy/d&c was botched, and he put me on Clomid completely unmonitored, which caused some issues.

Dr.Parker is a diamond in a plastic tiara. If you get in this group, see him, period. I could write a novel here about all the negatives, from my first visit right to the birth. Bad experiences with staff, other docs and a midwife who are part of the group, very poor treatment there, but in his lobby and his exam room, you are treated like a human being. He is honest and thorough, a true gem.

I went to him for a 2nd opinion and was happy that I did. He explained everything to me and didn't talk condescendingly to me like my previous doctor had. He had answers for me, not pats on the head. Personally, I would recommend him.
