Do not let him butcher you!!!! If you really want to know about a surgeon, ask the nurses in the hospital he works at. Nurses will tell you honestly which doctor they would want performing their surgery and which doctors they would not want to even breathe on their chart.

Never in my life have I ben treated with such indifference by a doctor and the staff is worse. "I just answer the phones" is NEVER something you say to a customer in any business. or voicemail messages that state "I'll get back to you in 24-36 hours" and never do. No information on insurance came from them. I had to do it on my own, and when I found out I was denied, I asked what was needed. NOTHING was provided by the doctor, or his staff, insurance got NOTHING other than a code. Shame on them for their lack of anything resembling effort, shame on them for not caring, and shame on them for a total and complete lack of empathy.

Dr. Vallina's nurses in his staff are confrontational,rude,and do the minimum to coordinate the requirements needed for surgical procedures.

Found my problem and fixed it. Very nice and understanding. Completely explained proceedure and answered all questions.

He was unpofessional and uncaring about my situation. His bed side manner was awful!!!
