Dori treated me for years and as retaliation refuses to answer calls or requests from my new provider after giving me addictive medications and I look like a drug seeker now due to this. The Board of Nursing needs to revoke her license. She openly admitted that all she has to tell the board is that the patient is a drug seeker or a pathological liar with borderline personlity disorder and complaints get dropped.

I'm not shocked at all to see these other reviews about this simple minded, drug pushing fraud that put off her retirement until 2023 according to her license. I left her practice in 2015 and out of desperation went back after she passive aggressively did the same thing. I'm off all stimulants and benzodiazepines now and though it is difficult in some areas, I'm glad I don't have to deal with abuse just to get treated or see this evil woman every two weeks anymore.

This woman has serious issues. Both of the reviews summarize exactly what my experience was. I am almost pleased to see that my experiences were valid. I was not alone in this train wreck of an experience. She has a reputation clearly.

Dori appears to have serious personality defects that render her incompetent to provide ANY beneficial therapeutic services. She not only lacks the professional temperament to serve clients in a supportive setting, but actually allows her personal struggles with rage, dishonesty and her own internal discord to permeate her interactions with clients, abusing their vulnerability to promote her own disturbingly relentless agenda of control, manipulation and intimidation. She fails to take adequate patient histories, accurately review medical records and insists on monopolizing sessions. Her hostility when stressed or questioned is itself significantly traumatizing. She shares personal details of her life to improperly justify her mistakes. She is in fact and by reputation, shockingly vindictive to clients and colleagues. She should not be practicing and/or should seek to get well herself to minimize her toxic effect on the therapeutic community.

just don't bother because it isn't going to get you anywhere but sicker than you were when you started seeing her.
