Dr Sabiha Awan is excellent. I was going through stressful times and I was unpleasant to her, and she still remained highly professional and caring.

I have no issues with Dr. Awan, she is taking so much care of me, the reason for her 10 minute care is because of OHIP Rules. It's not her fault. Email Doug Ford, Premier of Ontario!

She is extremely rushed and she complains that the government forces too many patients on her. She does not take the time to read the file before coming in so basically the 10 minutes appointments are actually 2 minutes ones since you need to reexplain everything each time. One time she confused me with another patient and noted everything I told her in someone else's file and revealed to me that the patient in the other room had multiple sclerosis. It was just so weird...

Every time I visit dr. Awan I feel very rushed - max visit length of 10 min stresses out patient as well as physician. I find that nurses of the clinic are sometimes challenging to talk to - I almost feel that I need to fight to get in with a doctor. Not a great way of approaching somebody who is already ill and weak. Also, my health concerns are acknowledged however no further plan for treatment is provided which has left me very discouraged - if your GP doesn't fight for you, who will?

Dr. Awan is a young doctor but very thorough, caring, punctual. There are times when I feel like I am being rushed out of the office but I guess those are the rules of the clinic. Receptionist frequently comes across pretty unprofessional and have messed up my file in a system several times. Overall, facility clean, clinical staff very knowledgable (nurses) and Dr. Awan always positive and caring.

J'apprécie beaucoup Dr Awan. Un peu stressée par le temps, j'espère qu'elle saura démontrer plus de calme en compagnie de ces patients, ca donne l'impression d'une mauvaise organisation. Elle est bien gentille et n'hésite pas à réfèrer le patient si le besoin est. Elle est un bon médecin

Dr. Owen is really caring about her patients Mental and physical health. She takes time to ask good questions about the patient and the patient Family history.
