My treatment received was BARBARIC I have fluid in both eyes, but the right eye got treated because it was the one in worst shape,the procedure meant that the medication to reduce swelling in that eye had to be injected in the white part of the eye, this is a awful experience, very barbaric & pain full, the receptionist her name started with a R. she was very friendly and help full, the next girl I got, she would apply drops into my eyes, and have me sign papers to authorize my procedure was a horrible nasty person, fast talking, very unkind and impatient, I cancelled my future appointments with them, and I will never go back to Dr.Hay & most of her rude staff in their facility of hell!!
