She caused me to loose my son in 2015. She was the most uncaring doctor I have ever seen. She didn't do the proper testing or see me as needed being a high risk pregnancy and was in and out of my baby boys delivery within a hour and didn't come back to check on me or follow up after our loss.

I felt like a "number" with Dr Appleton. She didn't even give me opportunities to finish talking. I felt like she was rushing through. The staff at Scott and White are so friendly but she's not so much. I saw her twice (giving her a second opportunity) and it only confirmed that I will be switching to another doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Appleton. She is an excellent OB-GYN! She is sharp, efficient and meticulous. Her appointments are quick, all your queries and questions are answered and your out of the door. I have found her bedside manner excellent, she is very gentle and takes care to do things as painlessly as possible. She is not the easiest to get an appointment with but she's definitely the best. I battled with PCOS and infertility and she really helped me get access to the best treatments for my condition! I can't recommend her enough.

Dr. Appleton is the reason I'm a mother. She helped me through infertility and then a difficult twin pregnancy. I followed all of her instructions and my babies were born without complications at 36 weeks. I cannot say enough good things about her knowledge, skills, and abilities. It's hard to get an appointment with her if you are a new patient, but please know that is because she is giving EXCEPTIONAL service to the patients she already has - many infertility or pre-natal patients that need appointments on very short notice. Every time that I needed her, she was able to see me. At first, she seemed very quick to respond to some of my questions and I wasn't so sure she always listened to me, but she absolutely did. She heard every word and IS JUST.THAT.GOOD. After you get to see her weekly for more than half of your pregnancy, she becomes your friend, advocate, and biggest encourager. I simply cannot say enough good things about her.

I heard a lot of good things about Dr. Appleton, so I chose her as my OB/GYN when I moved to CS. This was a mistake. Maybe it's just because I am used to my amazing OB back home, but she just didn't meet my expectations. She was not rude, but she just didn't help me to make the right decision for ME. When I asked her what would be a good alternative to the pill, she just handed me a list of all the different options. She did not make any suggestions after hearing what I did/didn't like about previous methods nor did she seem to care. I want to make my own decision, but I'm going to a specialist to HELP me make that decision...give me your medical advice and we'll go from there. I will def be trying another doctor for my next visit.

I love Dr. Appleton. She helped me get pregnant and then remained very vigilant about my care as I went through a horrendously difficult pregnancy. I haven't delivered yet but I highly, HIGHLY recommend her. The only problem with her, I guess, is that while she's really good, she's also really busy and sometimes the appointments you get are far apart.

I'm currently using Dr. Appleton for my first pregnancy and LOVE her, she's really helpful with all my silly concerns and is just amazing. She takes time to explain various concerns or answering questions and yet I've never been left waiting for my appointments. Several of my friends have also used her and liked her a lot.

I really like Dr. Appleton. She saw me at the ER when I had a miscarriage. She was great. Afterwards, when I got pregnant again, I switched to her and have seen her for about 11 years now for check ups.

I never developed a good rapport with Dr. Appleton, although she saw me for two pregnancies. She was very standoffish and, I felt she lacked appropraite bed side manner during and after my c-section delivery.
