She does't do follow ups . It`s been 2 years I want to make an appointement for my father but it's always the answering machine. I left so many messages asking to talk to her but no chance. So my father has to suffer with his pain. My frather has so many conditions and needs tests and follow ups ! she doesn't care and instead she works for esthetic clinic as well to make money. Sombody has to take her license away ! Doctors suppose to help people. I have no choice rather than put my father on the waiting list of family doctors !

She has no time for her patients. I had an phone appointment and she called me the next day ! saying she was busy. She never respects her appointments. This is the worse doctor i have ever seen. She gets away with it because of the shortage of family doctors. She is in it to make money nothing else. I don't know how she sleeps at night.

Over the years I've seen her interest shift more and more towards everything but medicine. Even her business cards state that she does Botox and cool sculpting but it does not even mention general or family medicine. Over a month ago, we had a phone consultation because of the COVID. She was supposed to email me prescriptions and requests for a consultation with a specialist but she never did. I've called her office many times since then but never was able to speak to a real person. I only got an answering machine and no return of call and I'm still waiting for my prescription.

I have never ever been treated this poorly by anyone in my life. Never mind a professional and Dr. She should honestly change her carrier as she even mentioned it in our conversation how she hates the health system here ans how she should move to US. She literally threw me out and her secretary called me later to tell me she is canceling my next appointment. All that because i did not go see her for couple of years. Due to my illness and distance of her clinic and also the fact that she never had any appointment available when i needed to go see her. Another reason why i did not go back for a while was lack of knowledge and attention i got from her years back. She did not diagnose me properly. But unfortunately by Quebec law it’s not easy to get a family Dr and she needs to remove you From her patient list to be able to apply for another family Dr. I really really felt abused and mistreated. Awful person and awful staff

She's one of the only doctors I've had that really takes the time to know you're feeling. I felt like she listened to my concerns and was proactive in helping find solutions. I really really recommend her.

This doctor needs to get her license revoked your better off doing a google search for your health concerns rather than seeing this doctors NOT AT ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE NOR WELL INFORMED ONLY WANTS MONEY SHOULD HAVE BECOME A DERMATOLOGIST INSTEAD .. her receptionist is even more miserable the one with glasses and bangs , she’s very rude and she’s goes on some power trip when she deals with patients she clearly forgot she’s a simply a receptionist .. this doctor can neglect your health your better off gng to a walk in clsc
