Maybe after reading all these reviews of frequent staff turnover they have a new receptionist Kerri who is the most rude and unhelpful person I have ever come across in a dental office. My experience has been so negative here, I am amazed at all these glowing reviews .If they have someone with complexities then they will stop giving you appointments and you can keep suffering. They just want you to disappear and be someone else's problem. The lack of professionalism is amazing. I thought Dr smaily did care about his patient, but I am very disappointed.
