Dr. Seltzer is medical director at what is essentially a mill. This place shoves patients through with only a concern for capacity, no concern at all for quality or effectiveness of care, they over bill insurance, in particular medicare. (Mike in the PEP program solicits Medicare patients for his personal services when they approach him to modify the program to accommodate their medical condition, to which he says they are asking too much!!!) This place needs to be audited from top to bottom for fraud, and the poor, suffering pain patients need to find other places to go where they can actually find compassion and real medical care.
