Not worth even 1 star.
Worst service I have ever experienced.

I called them 4 time in the past 2 weeks requesting a call back from either the nurse or Dr.Zack.
They don’t call back and they care a damn for their patients.

I don’t recommend Dr.Zack and I will never go back to him ever.

Scheduled an appt 2 weeks out for telemedicine. I called 2 days prior to confirm. We resceduled our day to attend the appt. AT THE TIME of the appt they decide they no longer want to do the appointment telemedicine. When I asked why they didn't let us know 10 days ago or 2 days ago - she hung up on me. TERRIBLE. Tried calling back and the machine answered the office was closed... looks like they just wanted to go home early.
