Performed TKR, which resulted in serious post operative (was cautioned/advised about this possibility), however follow-up was ineffective and slow, i.e. infection was still rampant 5 months later. Mr. Kahn became "unavailable" at The Mater Private Cork, (as in - we don't know where he is) for any further consultation. VERY disappointing; with severe & permanent consequences for the patient.
