I can think of no reason, in my experience, to rate Dr. Rosso anything but excellent. Within the tools she is given by my income/insurance she has addressed every issue presented and found a solution. She is always pleasant, efficient, and able to listen and react to my concerns, I couldn't ask for a better physician.

Always has time for her patients. Very thorough - been my doctor for 8 years and have been satisfied with her knowledge and bedside manner

One time the girl at the front desk was very unfriendly and rude. Billing was an issue: they miss-submitted my doc visit. End Result I had to pay instead of being cover 100% by my Anthem. Called billing - never answered calls, left messages - never returned calls. Finally walked in the office 3 times to meet billing girl. She said she re-submitted, she did not. Explanations of Benefits don't lie. Never going back in there.
