Dr. Walt is so professional and caring. There were multiple times in my treatment I had asked him something and he always followed up with me and made sure he was providing me with thorough answers. The front desk staff are also great and I loved the workstations in the office and the coffee!

Dr Walt is quite knowledgeable, professional, understanding and patient.
I started my treatment couple of years ago and finished today. With all the complications I had and switching treatments , he gave great consultation with patience along with his great staff and office members who are all kind, professional and well organized.

I moved to Toronto from LA for work and as I was anxious about transferring my Invisalign treatment. My orthodontist told me not to worry and that I must see Dr. Walt. Despite living downtown and having to commute to Vaughan I must say it was well worth it. Dr. Walt was so caring and knowledgeable and picked up exactly where my treatment left off. He put me on a monitoring app and I was able to get a perfect smile in a few appointments. Michelle and the rest of the team were super organized and helpful.

My son was treated by another orthodontist in the area who is a nice guy and the results were good. His treatment plan seemed a little medieval to me but we went with it and were given an appliance called a Crossbow. It was not comfortable and took a lot of getting used to. One time it broke on the weekend as well. For my daughter, my friends kept on telling me to check out Dr. Walt. Surprisingly, I would say the experience was night and day different. With my son I felt like we were in the 1980s (when I had my ortho treatment) but with my daughter I felt Dr. Walt was up to date with the latest. We came in for our initial appointment and she was given a scan. In fact they did not take a single impression throughout her treatment. We elected to use Invisalign and for the first six months she worn rubber bands from these bars to her Invisalign to fix her overbite. Much more comfortable than the Crossbow :) During her treatment, we communicated with Dr. Walt through an app and he was able to monitor her progress this way. We came to the office every 4 months instead of every 4-6 weeks with my son. It's refreshing to see Dr. Walt's commitment to technology and his passion in providing us with the most up to date treatment plan options! Definitely check out Waltortho if you're considering braces or Invisalign.

From the beginning to the end everything about this office was first class. My daughter just finished her treatment and Dr. Walt and his team were so great at communicating despite the COVID challenges of not being permitted into the office. I got reports after every appointment. Heidy became my BFF over the past year and a half and I will miss them :)
