This dr and his staff are completely incompetent. He bought the business of dr, Gladstone. Was called by the staff, who barely spoke English, she left a message with the date and time of the appointment, then called back and changed the date and time, again leaving a message that was barely understandable. Then on the day of the appointment called to cancel the appointment, but I was already on the way. Showed up and there was an office full of people waiting. Extremely behind and overbooking, it is like a cattle call. Triple booking seems to be the norm.
So, the doctor stayed late to accommodate my appoint that was cancelled at the last minute. The wait was horrendous .finally , Go into his office where he has a 40+ inch to screen rotating photos of his wedding, very unprofessional office and doctor. He spent 15 minutes with me and said at the end that his office would call to schedule a stress test, this stress test scheduling took months for them to call about. By this time I had found another cardiologist. The message left by this office, again by someone who barely spoke English, left a message with three different dates for the stress test. July 26th, August 2nd and August 20th. No ideal which one was the correct date and time. All at 10am. The receptionist further stated two different doctors name, then correcting herself with the correct doctors name.
Do yourself a favour and find another doctor, this guy is, at best, an electrician. Knows how to read and set up stress tests. Would not trust him or his staff to look after me or anyone I care about,
Happily found another doctor who is very thorough and attentive in Scarborough. I suggest you do the same.
