Dr. Gabor is a wonderful doctor. i highly recommend her. This is a review of her office staff. What's happening with the booking system in the office of late? Dr. Gabor, what happened to all your good office staff, they've left! Anthony is gone? Now, every time i call it's like a call going in circles and there's no end or resolution to the convo, as simple as making a non-urgent appt in the future! PLEASE, let go of the rude staff that are not competent. They can't even read an existing appt in front of them and is rude to the patient in response. This is very stressful. thank you.

Dr. Gabor is an amazing doctor. I feel blessed that I found her years ago. She makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. She never ever rushed any of my consult with her. She’s very very knowledgeable and kind.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gabor for over 25 years and I love going to see her for all my medical needs. However, her office staff is awful. I called Dr. Gabor's office to book an appointment in November/21. I was rudely told I can only have a telephone appointment on January 4th/22 at 11:00. There were no in-person appointments available. I said fine. On January 4th at 11:00, no one called me. I called the office and was rudely told I was wrong and my appointment is January 12th at 11:00. To be accommodating...I said okay...even though I knew I wrote my appointment date down correctly. On January 12th at 11:00, no one called me. By 11:20, I called the office and I mentioned my appointment and was put on hold. Then the receptionist came back on and told me Dr. Gabor was running late and she will call me some time that day. No apologies given. If I have an 11:00 phone appointment and Dr. Gabor is running late...one would assume I would get a call between 11 and 12:00. However, my call came at 12:40...which indicates to me that I was squeezed into her schedule and the front office did not schedule the appointment in the first place or double booked. The front office staff is to blame for this incompetence. The front office staff have always been rude and unprofessional over the years, however, I have ignored it because I really like going to Dr. Gabor for my medical concerns. However, this time was unforgivable and the reason I'm writing this review. The front office staff wants to blame the patient and Dr. Gabor for their incompetence. It is their mistakes and they need to be accountable and considerate.
MCI needs to look at hiring people at the front office that are professional, competent, friendly and helpful. It's not fair to an excellent doctor like Dr. Gabor and her patients to have to deal with all that.

Dr Gabor is caring and compassionate. She listens attentively and never rushes you. I have been seeing her for over 25 years, and couldn't wish for a better doctor - caring and kind.

Dr. Gabor has been our family’s doctor for more than 10 years and that’s because she really is one the most knowledgeable, caring doctors we have ever had. She will always take her time to listen to your health issues before coming up with any health advice. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our healthcare.

As for the staff I have never had any negative experience as they have always been competent and polite to me

Love Doctor Gabor such a kind and caring person been going to see her since I was 17 yrs old She has helped me a lot over the years. The Receptionists could take a lesson from her.

Dr. Gabor is the best ! She’s the most empathetic and kind doctor. She never rushes you and really is the epitome of what a doctor should be. Keep up
The great work Dr. Gabor. On the other hand, Like most of the reviews here, staff attitude and communication skills needs improvement quite a bit!!! They’re always in a rush, opposite Dr Gabor’s attitude , Most of them do try to help, except for The long time reception there , she is the worse-Joan, she is not there to help patients , she is there to aggravate them and give them more stress when they go see dr. Gabor for help , she adds stress
To their problems thru her rudeness and lack of empathy. She is also very confrontational. Don’t you dare ask her questions back or she will bark back at you and tell your dr or other staff that you’re the one whose rude to her for defending yourself ? ! This is plainly wrong ! The patients go to the doctor because they need help, not because they need more problems and stress having to deal with Joan—thumbs down all the way for this staff member. She needs retraining on communication skills and competency skills. She has on multiple occasions messed up my appointment times and dates - giving me an appt and then when the time comes up or by accidentally checking my appt date , only to find out that she didn’t actually book me into the system. Again, Joan is not suitable to work in healthcare —her inaccuracy can really be detrimental to patients. It’s time for a
Performance Review Joan. If you like to bring drama to patients , you should quit healthcare and be an actor. Please, it’s not right , you’re there to help patients —help them - don’t give them

Been with Dr. Gabor for the past 20 years, since my kids were small. She's very helpful and listens to your health issues carefully. Could not ask for better doctor. Staff is also very helpful. Very accessible and has lots of parking. Would highly recommend Dr. Gabor and her clinic.
