Appointment was at 3pm
It’s 5:17pm and still not seen. Ridiculous.
Very aggressive approach

She acted in a most unprofessional way. Yelling at me and did not listen to what i had to say. I told her what my usual doctor gave me and she gave me a medication that would give me side effects that would harm me. She knew i took lexapro and gave me a medicine that would not be recommended to a patient with a history of clinical depression. I finally stopped taking the medicine after 4 days and nights of not sleeping. Which is also a side effect. I contacteds my usual doctor and he gave me the appropriate meds i needed. I spoke to her another time on the phone when my doctor was not available and she also was very unprofessional raising her voice and refusing to help me. In my opinion she should not be covering for my doctor nor should she be dealing with people in any capacity. She shows no empathy towards people and is very hot headed.
