Thank-you so much for the attentive care I recieved from you and all your staff. Your receptionist realized I needed care even though I was a walk in, and made sure I was seen. I was given the careful attention of another staff memeber. You took the time to take me as a walk in, examined me, and gave me the referrels I need to address my needs. It meant the world to me psychologically to have three individuals I don't know, to take the time to hear me, and help me. I also believe the work doctors do in their communities is worth its weight in gold. I did not know that doctors are expected to work a 24 hour shift in emergency, does that make any sense to anyone? Even a Mc Donalds worker has better worker protection than that. The fact that these health care professionals show up to do their job even though they have to fight the red tape and onerous conditions that governments put on them, they deserve deep respect and unstinting support so they can do what they trained many many years to do, despite what is obviously a lobby to privatise medicine, so we can all pay huge bills, instead of complaining about free health care.

Rude, arrogant and really does not care about his patient. Sadly, there are so few Doctors that people like this are allowed to continue in this profession.

Doctor is rude, and so is the staff. Takes forever to get a phone call back and when someone actually is available to speak too, they make you feel like a second class citizen.

Saw him in emerge with excruciating pain in my right shoulder. Made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him. Showed up in a Hoodie, very unprofessional looking. Went back the next day and saw a new doctor who gave me an anti inflammatory injection that helped with the pain almost right away. Just frustrated that he sent me home still in so much pain, when there was something that could have helped much faster.

This doctor almost ruined my life as I knew it. When looking at a chest exray mis diagnosed me with STAGE. 4 CANCER. A malpractice/diagnosis, had my husband and family planning my funeral. This is going to be addressed on a more legal platform.

First off if you can get them to answer the phone ,witch is not often then you need to get past the receptionist Jill who wants to know everything that really is none of her business.
That is when it gets even more stupid no appointment time or is out of the office or close Then tell you to go to emergency we’re you sit and wait for hours. He was a good caring DR but the move has changed a lot of things.
Get better care and service in a timely fashion in another county.
Is a shame he and his staf have got this way. And coved didn’t do it ither.

I was one of the first patients Dr Ferreira had when he opened his practice in Bancroft he was a super doctor. He was efficient, welcoming and really showed care for his patients. Time has changed and so has them all! It's a challenge trying to get trough his assistant/reception Gill. She is quite belligerent if you don't tell her the reason for calling. Stating it's personal is not enough.
