This complaint deals more with the staff than the doctor! I have never had a chance to see the doctor because the office manager NEVER returns phone calls. I have attempted on three occassions to see this doctor the first time was due to my Primary doctor not submitting the referral on time. When I finally arrived there the second time I waited 2 1/2 hours and then I left. I tried a third time and I was treated very rudely which resulted in me leaving. I have attempted to call the office several times along with faxing over a letter to the doctor. NOT ONE PERSON INCLUDING THE DOCTOR HAS RETURNED MY CALL. This is rediculous!
