DR. Is fantastic, a great listener and uses that knowledge to help her patients. I would recommend her to everyone, and plan on future appointments with her. She is the best there is.

Great experience with Dr. Ergaiey. I had a procedure done a decade ago. She came to the current appointment with that history fully reviewed. She asked pertinent questions about my current situation and thoughtfully considered my replies.

Her receptionist was sick the day I visited but staff for other doctors in the clinic covered.

I had an appointment with her a few weeks ago and it was absolutely a waste of time. The appointment was between two work meetings and I had to drive 20km to get there. She was asking questions about my conditions but after I told her that I had done recently a colonoscopy she just simply said that this is not the way it works and I should have an appointment with her first and she should refer me to a colonoscopy, not the family doctor!!! So I asked for consultation on my situation she simply refused to give any saying you should go ask them!!!! Even if the process is the way she was saying, it didn't seem ethical for a doctor to treat a patient like this! So I end up to drove 40km in my tight timing for nothing!

Dr. Ergaiey is absolutely lovely. I had a procedure with her and it went better than I could have ever imagined. I was so nervous leading up to it and she really took the time to explain things to me and address my concerns. The day of the procedure, she walked me through everything she was going to do and what I should be expecting every step of the way. Before I was discharged, she came to speak to my husband and I as well - she took every opportunity to make to make me feel cared for. I have never seen a more empathetic doctor.

When I had a follow up question on a medication she prescribed it took 18 days for a response. During that time I called twice for updates and was told a specific day she would respond. I didnt hear back that day, so I called the next day. I was told "she'll get back to me when she gets back to me". Then I had a strong interaction between the drug and another I take - which she knew I was on. My family doctor told me to stop the med Dr Ergaiey prescribed immediately and let her know I need to go on an alternative that doesn't interact. Of course my digestive symptoms returned as well as dealing with the drug interaction symptoms. This time I waited 2 weeks to be to by Dr. Ergaiey’s secretary that she said "there is no alternative [not true] and since my family doctor stopped the original, he can prescribe something new. She was fine for procedures but has no compass in my experience.

I had 2 procedures done by Dr. Ergaiey, and found her to be compassionate and very knowledgeable. After the procedures she came to bedside and explained what she did and what she found. We are very lucky to have Dr. Ergaiey serving our community as she is one of the best Drs. I have ever dealt with.

I am extremely anxious about some symptoms I have been experiencing. Over the course of the pandemic, it has been difficult to get in to see a doctor. Dr. Ergaiey did a phone consultation and then brought me into her office for an examination on the same day, seeing how important it was for me to get checked out. I felt so safe in her office - she was attentive and caring and took her time. Already, I feel like I am in good hands, which has really put me at ease. I'm happy that she will be the doctor taking care of me.

Saying she is amazing would not be enough. This is the best doctor I have ever been treated by. I usually don't bother with these reviews, but I had to for Dr. Ergaiey! Having a chronic illness, I have had many experiences with doctors - some of them good, some not so good - but never have I ever felt so heard and understood by a doctor as I was with Dr. Ergaiey. She takes her time to explain everything and I had many questions that she was able to answer without making me feel like I was taking up too much time. When I had my procedure, the experience was even better. I could not remember a thing, I was so comfortable. Because she knew I was anxious due to other difficult experiences, she came to check on me before going home and reassured me that it went well. I had a follow up shortly after, and that was great as well. I am so happy that I will have a long term relationship with Dr. Ergaiey.
