Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, good sense of humour - attended with thyroid lump, very happy with treatment.

Presented with swollen thyroid three times and fluid not tested and never offered scan. Very rude on third visit when tried to ask questions, pointing to his ear and saying “listen” - twice. Will now be going private for a second opinion.
