I have given this clinic bad reviews in the past. credit is due where it is due, they have improved tremendously, the staff are very much on the ball and they do try to make things easire. I have had Dr beshay for more than 10 years, I think he is great, I appreciate his instincts and love the fact that he is on the ball with my case I have a lot of issues and He is one doctor after seeing many, who has never let me down, He is courteous, kind and professional and knowledgeable. He is human and sometimes he is rushed and busy, I would go to him no matter which clinic he practises from, that is how highlly I regard him.

He is the one doctor that has to consult his secret book to determine your diagnosis. Poor communication skills and bedside manners. Now I know why these dr cant have a place in the hospital!

Great Doctor, Took excellent care of my whole family for 2 years now.. Wait times can be a bit high sometimes, but he seems to be always on time. There was one time he was away for a week on vacation without a replacement and his clinic in Etobicoke was closed (That is where we see him at the moment), but the pharmacy directed us to walk-in clinic that was close by. Staff can be better but I have seen a lot worse.. Definitely an excellent family doctor

Poor bedside manner, gruff and constantly seems like I'm taking up his precious time, and dismisses my symptoms as "nothing," without offering any kind of explanation. Front desk seems constantly swamped, though they try to be helpful, they can be curt and hang up on you without allowing you to confirm details. Examination rooms are tiny, with barely any room to even open/close the doors (at the Glen Gate Medical Center location.) Also he is only there 1 day a week, at the Brittany Glen Med Centre 2 days a week, and in Oakville at some other point of the week, making it difficult to work into your own schedule (since not all locations will have your file). Was also warned by the receptionist that sometimes he leaves before his 9:30am-3pm hours "because he lives far away," so be warned I guess. Really unimpressed and tired of dealing with him and his attitude.
