I really like Dr. McFadden. She listens, is caring, kind, and doesn't rush through the visit. I feel very happy to have her as my family Doctor. She is very knowledgeable and I truly feel like she cares about her patients. Keep up the amazing work!

I thought Dr. McFadden is different than other doctors who ignores what their patients say. For a long time I blamed myself but after reading other reviews now I believe that the problem is with her. Wants to tell you whatever she feels like and I feel like she is just there to let you go. She is skeptical and rude without any human emotions. We don't need Artificial Intelligence doctors who treats us like her.

Stay away! People like her should never be doctors. No compassion, no intelligence and definitely no common sense. She should be ashamed of the way she treats people.
My daughter will forever be scarred from her harsh words and lack of care.
Dr. McFadden, please read this and learn how to be more compassionate and understanding of your patients. Do better and be better!

Plenty of times I tried to book an appointment with Dr. McFadden and either she would be away or takes 2-3+ days to respond back. Going to the ER is much faster to see a doctor rather than waiting to get an appointment with Dr. McFadden. Looking forward to having a new family doctor!

I'm taking a medication prescribed by another doctor, based on a serie of blood runs and orthomolecular tests that I did back home. I asked Dr. McFadden the prescription to get that same medication here in Canada, since I'm going to my country again only in 6 months, and she refuses to give me the prescription.

She said it does not make any sense that doctor had prescribed that medication to me. I also requested a blood test, to check if the glycemic index had reduced, since I started that medication, and she said I did that type of test only 3 months before and she would not request another test so early.

I told her that doctor is a very well recognized in my country, and I trust the treatment I started with him (I even showed the blood results and the prescription that doctor gave me, translated to English). I only started the treatment with that doctor back home after some tries to reduce the sugar in my blood with the "treatment" I was receiving from the professionals here in Canada.

To sum up, she is not willing to help me to take care of my health as I'm trying to prevent a disease. I do not recommend this doctor, as she is rude when we politely disagree with what she says.

Disregarded my child’s anxiety who is now on medication. Didn’t believe them. This when the pandemic has caused so many mental health issues. Not a compassionate or knowledgeable doctor at all.
This in addition to having to wait 3 weeks to get an in-person appointment.

Dr McFadden Really Cares!!!.....About Dr. McFadden!!!....She was my Doctor for a few years after my old Dr. retired....
1) First introduction was a notice.."Dr. McFadden will be going on Maternity Leave"
she then came back just before Covid arrived
2) She made herself 'scarce' due to the Pandemic..next up
3) "Dr McFadden will be going on a Sabbatical".....
She sure takes care of herself (and her family)..
On a positive note I Did meet her in person once!!!

Do not agree with all the positive reviews. Personally, my experience has been that she listens to respond before you even complete your sentence.
