The other reviews are accurate. Receptionist is unhelpful, the doctor is unprofessional, and the doctor frequently requests that you revisit for subsequent appointments rather than assisting you.

Worst reception ever , the doctor is NEVER THERE . Terribly unreliable since he's gone 99% of the year . I assume he's taken on too much considering that if you're not on your death bed you will be schedule is 42 years from now

I feel guilty misleading people with a rating of one star, but thats the lowest rating we can give. One star is terrible, he fully deserves the TERRIBLE rating, but HE IS DANGEROUS. I would bet my life on the fact that patients have died due to his behaviour and lack of attention to basic principles.

I feel extreme anger that people like this can practice medicine and have the same title as legitimate Doctors that honor their profession by delivering exceptional care and attention to detail.

Every appointment starts really badly because of the receptionist, she is really rude over the phone and even once refused to give me an appointment until I told her what I had (I don't know what I had that's why I needed to see the doctor!!?!). Dr. Cohen is a whole other story, he is only good for writing doctors notes for school, the rest I have no trust in him at all.

The recetionist DAWN is rude and no any patience. No any help and hang up your phone directly, never waiting for your said one whloe sentence. Hope more Dr can be find in westisland as family doctor.

Treated my eldery parents horribly. Avoid at all costs, should have his medical license revoked. Dr Cohen is only interested in money and could care less about your health. Ontop of that he lacks the compassion, kindness and knowledge to be practicing. He is extremely errogant and seems to have a "god complex". Horrible attitude, confrontational, rude and will argue with you on everything. Not sure why people like this are allowed to practice.

This was the most terrible experience possible going to see a Doctor. The receptionist is the rudest most non conpassionate person I have ever met in my life and this is a terrible practice. I'd rather have no health care professional then go back.

I am a new patient of Dr Cohen. I finally found a family doctor and am grateful to have fallen unto a Kind, compassionate, human, and Knowledgeable Man. We found out that I have high blood pressure and took the time to put me on medicin that suited me. Again I am very gratefull to have him as my family doctor!
