I have been a patient of Kathleen Medical for many years & have been through many Doctors. I can see why Kathleen Medical is rated in top 10 for best of best. Michele, Kim & Dr Rankine are been incredible. Michele especially has become like our family. She genuinely cares & will take time to sit down & listen. I recently was diagnosed with cancer. Michele called me within hours of my scan and was able to get me seen within 2 days & my treatment was started quickly. She or her staff have called me at least once a week when I was first diagnosed, to check on me. This office is truly amazing!

Is it legal to work under a doctor that is never there?? This office has gone down since Dr. Vaughn left!! To go from having amazing care to who cares is so disapointing!! I have transfered to another office due to horrible patient care and lack of an actual doctor!! Michelle was very snooty and stuck up!! Hope this review actually saves people!! Dr. Vaughn please come back!!

I am very impressed by the staff. They really listen to you and work towards finding a solution to a problem rather than just treating the symptoms. I feel like I'm on the right path!

Went to VA for years, a friend recommended Michelle. In less than a month, she dx my cause of fatigue. It's been almost 2 months and I feel so much better! I am taking less medicine. I can't thank her enough!!
