3 ****es running the desk moving a lot of paper and unwilling to help the paying customer. Doctor too busy to see her patients... If you like dominatrix type of attitudes and feel the need to pay for it, this is the perfect place for you!

What a joke. Ordered new contacts Oct. 15th--still do not have them. I've called multiple times to ask when they will be in and I keep getting told, "Very soon, when they come in we will call you." You've got to be kidding me! I've waited for over a month. Clearly the contacts were never ordered. The response the receptionist gives just proves how poorly this practice is run. Dont waste your time dealing with these dental school dropouts Dr. Kish has hired as receptionists. Take your money somewhere else---a place that will actually remember to place an order.

Dr. Kish herself seems to have it together. I wouldn't rate treatment with her any better or worse than any other eye doctor I have seen in my 20 years of glasses and contacts. But everyone is right about the office staff...rude, unorganized, unknowledgable, and just plain ditzy. They also book 3 or 4 patients at the same time for 1 doctor. The result is that someone has to wait WAY longer than the appointment time. I waited one hour past my appointment. Another time a lady next to me waited one hour and 20 minutes. There is nothing at this office worth waiting for. You'll get fine eye care...but you'll die of frustration with the staff and the long wait times.

I have to agree with all of the comments posted. Her front staff is RUDE. I called to let them know I was running behind and was told if I was 10 minutes late, they would cancel my appointment and charge me a fee before I could reschedule. If I had to wait 10 minutes, I was prepared to throw a fit. Most of the time the front staff is too busy on personal matters to give the customer the time of day. On the other hand, Dr. Kish is great. I have no complaints with her as a dr. I am between needed regular contacts and multifocal contacts. We went through several different types before I was completely satisfied. She's a keeper - her front staff needs to find another line of work.

I've been a patient of Kish's for years. I have had no issues with her or her staff. I was very surprised to read all of the negative remarks left by others. Dr Kish is a very personable funny lady, and although I will admit her office is always busy, I always feel she has taken the appropriate amount of time with me and my exam. She has always worked with my insurance and I have never had to pay mroe than my copay. Even one year we worked it so that I could have the exam and glass paid for and then they ordered my contacts in january, so I didnt have to pay the second copay. I recommend my friends to use her, and would tell anyone to go see for yourself instead of listening to a bunch of whiners who, it seems to me, is looking for some kind of hand-holding or freebies.

She pointed out that I have severe health issues just by checking my eyes. I went to my family doctor with her suggestions. Dr. Kish was 100% right! I heartily recommend this doctor!

Went in for contacts and was looked at by Dr. Kish. We have went through 6 different types of contacts and she can't get any to fit. Don't feel she knows what she is doing. After 5 wks of this I decided to get glasses so I could see. Paid for a box of contacts that was never order and to this day still unable to get a refund. Front desk people are very rude. Will never go back. Does not recommend. DO NOT PAY INADVANCE FOR CONTACTS UNTIL YOU HAVE A FIT, MAY NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I went in for an exam for contacts. I did not see Dr Kish. The girl behind the desk did the exam. I was given a trial pair of contacts to wear...which I could not see out of and was told they would order a couple more to try, they didn't work either, they were worse. I wanted my money back and was told NO, that I signed a paper. The office manager was very rude, the staff very unprofessional. I ended up filing complaints with the BBB and the Board of Optometrists which I highly recommend you all do also. This place takes your money and does NOT provide the goods. I had to go to another Dr, one who was a private eye doctor who got it right. I also called the news stations here. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I tried to talk to Dr. Kish and she wouldn't.

I went in for lasix surgery, and Dr. Kish gave me the most thorough exam I have ever had. After surgery she eased my fears, and she was correct about what to expect. I have been in the office when she offered pro bono service to military personnel which I find incredible. I would deifinately recommend her to anyone.
