No problems with Dr. Olisa! Thoughtful and thorough.

I used to see Dr. Olisa at The Simcoe Clinic. This is a pain clinic. I am still going to a pain clinic as I have nerve damage that will likely be with me for life. I miss his guidance as he could keep me grounded when I got frustrated. The other thing I miss is he used to use different size needles for my trigger point injections. No one has ever been as good as him at finding the right area with the injections. I hope all is well Dr. Olisa, I miss your treatments.

Impossible to get an appointment. If you DO get an appointment 6 weeks away, they call a day before hand and try to cancel or change it.
He has to be called, email,faxed multiple times in order to renew basic prescriptions!
We had better luck when we had no family doctor.

As a new addition to this community I was very lucky to have Dr. Olisa as my Physician. He has been very attentive to my needs. He has called me at home with results and through this crazy Covid problem called twice to make sure all was GOOD. Thank you for taken the time and being there for the community.

He's terrible. He didn't really listen to my symptoms and wanted to subscribe antidepressant right away. Told him that I'm not depressed. I wanted to have more tests done for my thyroid but he didn't want that. His answer was if you want to have that antidepressant let me know. I saw women with worth symptoms .And he was out of the room.

Dr Olisa was very thorough and prompt with my appointment. Offered several options for prescriptions and appointments. Very highly recommended.

This Doctor will never call you to give you your tests results even if they are abnormal or out of range . It’s almost impossible to reach him or to find an appointment when you feel sick , it takes at least a month to find an open appointment sometimes two . There is no point to have him as a family Doctor if you can’t see him when you need him . I will Not recommend this doctor at all.

He told me when I get chest pains go right to emerge so I did.. they didnt find anything with the tests they did ..my next app with dr olisa I said is there more testing we can do ..he said in these exact words DUDEit would be a waste of everyone's time
The last straw was earlier this year.. last Nov I had a scope done on my throat so I thought.. o went to do see dr tavernier a month later and asked him why I was choking .he said I dont know I didnt check for that ... so my next appt with dr olisa I said I want a second opinion he said dr tavernier did his job and found out you didnt have cancer ..I said I grateful for that but I wanna know why om choking on food ..he just brushed me off and I haven't seen him since .. I called him today and said I'm not his patient anymore and I found a new doctor

Dr. Only seems to want new patients. He is so busy you can never get an appointment without waiting 4-5 weeks. Receptionists couldn’t care less. They tell you to go to this clinic. Also he forgets to forward requests to specialists and scripts to pharmacists. I do not feel confident. Very quick at sending for testing and sending to specislists. Am looking into new doctor.
