I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Cooper. She was always 45 minutes behind schedule and I never felt she listened to my concerns. The front office staff never told me that she had to leave to deliver a baby and let me sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes before I asked them why my appointment was delayed.

She seems to care more about the business side of her practice than caring about patients. I didn't get a lot of time with her because she uses student doctors to do most of the prep work during the appointment and maybe I would have 5-10 min w/ her. I always feel rushed.
