I don't like leaving bad reviews but it is SO frustrating trying to get ahold of the office, my appt for my daughter was canceled because the nurse practitioner was sick, fair enough, but never rescheduled, and I can NEVER get through on the phone, I have tried calling about 12x a day with no luck, lovely staff and doctor once you get in though

He should never be a doctor.Cares a out himself and no one else and talks about his staff poorly and other patients. Did he take a Oath..Can't imagine

Dr. Parent is so caring and helpful, we love him. His new receptionist is the worst. I've been told to go to a walk in clinic with my very young child every time I call lately. She won't even ask the dr.just says no. As another medical secretary, Its terrible.

The receptionist for this doctor is probably one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Good luck in being acknowledged when you arrive, certainly no pleasantries, not very helpful in making appointments, doesn’t answer the phone so you have to travel to Charlottetown to make an appointments.. Worst receptionists that I have dealt with in this profession.. When people visit their doctor it’s because they need to, she shouldn’t make it more difficult for them or unpleasant

Dr. Parent is very kind and I felt very comfortable and not rushed in my appointment with him. HOWEVER, it is almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at his office. I have some questions regarding my rx dosage and have not been able to get through for a couple weeks. Ridiculous. Please get a new receptionist.

Dr. Parent is great but his receptionist is not. Phones are on when they say they will be. Always late or not there. She has no compassion for I’ll patients calling in. Compassion can’t be taught. Please change your appointment system and retrain her.

impossible to get through to office and receptionist does not deal with phone at all. Dr is helpful once you get to see him.

Dr. Parent is very lovely and gentle unfortunately it is very difficult to book an appointment. There is often no answer when called and no response after having left messages.

A wonderful and wise young man who immediately had the advice I needed to end two years of intestinal misery. He then advise on leg circulation pain and and told me how to relieve that too
