Mrs. Starobinets is very attentive and nice. I would consider her to be gentle, and when I would get my braces tightened she tired to make it the least painful possible. I do like her.

My thirteen year old son is being treated here. He just got his braces a month ago so we can't speak for results but we are confident it will be positive. It's been a very positive experience overall with everything from office visits to the insurance and financing. He pulled a bracket out the first week and they accommodated us very quickly to fix it.

Service was thorough and treatment was effective. I am completely satisfied with the results. The staff was excellent and very attentive to my needs. The facility and equipment is advanced and very proficient in serving their purposes. The treatment itself was swift and generally a comfortable process. I would recommend Dr. Julia for others in need of similar services. She is an excellent orthodontist! If there are any qualms that I have, it is that waiting time is a little long, but still tolerable. Overall, a great experience.

Dr. Starobinets has been treating both of my daughters, and the experience has been wonderful. She always takes her time explaining what needs to be done. She is extremely patient with kids. Office stuff is great too.

Wonderful, terrific. My daughter loves this practice and felt so comfortable when we started that she didn't want to wait. Able to reschedule if need be and phone calls answered to issues that come up immediately.

Let me start off by saying that I am extremely thankful I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Julia. I am 24 and many doctors had told me Invisalign was not for me but Dr. Starobinets proved otherwise, my teeth look beautiful now. I can't say enough about how much I love her staff. They are all friendly, kind, and helpful. My teeth look amazing with the help of Dr. Julia. She is very professional and knowledgeable, always explains everything and treats you very nicely. I feel like family in their beautiful office :) I highly recommend Bright Smile Orthodontics to everyone!!!!!!
