Frustrating. Staff talks to you like you are a child, can not get any answers about treatment, what is necessary, and what can wait. Dental chair is practically in the waiting room. They will stalk you for appointments and do not respect the fact that you have a busy schedule. Too much drama, I will not return there.

I was ashamed and lost, but finally took the step to get a better or even a smile. And I very happy I went to Dr. Nejatali 's office at King Town Dental. The office was warm and inviting the staff was friendly. The appointment was punctual and even though I was scare the Doctor and the Staff were knowledgeable as to what course of plan had to be taken. I am still on my way but that the first step was made much easier by Dr. Mercedes Nejatali, thank you.
