Third world clinic environment. The Dr. and his wife are not at all interested in your health and wellbeing. They've have come into a money-making hack that seems to yield great returns for them NOT you. The shots they off, B-12 and the lipo shots are a hack. Who knows what's really in those vials. Be careful.

This guy is a joke! I don’t know where he got a license to practice, but it should be revoked. ASAP! How can a morbidly obese, person tell me how to lose weight. He sits in a chair all day passing out phentermine like it’s candy. He does not follow any HIPPA guidelines. I could hear every single thing he said to another patient during their visit. He was trying to look over my prescription history (which I never gave him permission to obtain) and he didn’t even know what the medications were. He accused me of taking a medication that he don’t take and he spoke rudely ans unprofessional. His office is disgusting and his staff is very rude and unprofessional as well. How this man is still practicing in a beyond me. He’s about the sorriest excuse for a doctor I have ever seen! Do yourself favor and DO NOT go here!!!

All the MA’s are attentive. I could not believe his (DOC) professionalism and his wife sat there a watched his behavior. The way he was talking to me explained how he treats her. I was embarrassed for his wife, to watch her husband act like a b$tch.

You dirty , you hooking people on these pills you had my wife on these pills for three years , Ive watch how in rage she got when she was taking those pills , then all of a sudden she started stay up to five in the morning and was only getting a hour of sleeping out of 24 hours . I said something to her before I took my daughter to school when I came back she was gone . You are a dirty

Oscar lacks bedside manners and professionalism. You’re not an individual you’re another $59 visit. Every patient come for the same reason but a video and a brief once over doesn’t help your goals. I left feeling worse about myself than before I arrived. I advise anyone with insurance to go see their pcp instead of going to any of his clinics.

You line up outside and the nurse brings out a sign up clipboard. The nurse brings groups of about 5-7 in at once. The waiting room has maybe 20-25 chairs. You have to watch a video if it’s your first visit that you can ignore because you’re not really here for diet advice (I hope). A nurse will get your height, weight, blood pressure and waist circumference. You will wait for maybe 45 minutes total and see the doctor for about 5. His bedside manner sucks and the room where you will be seen is small and awkward because they have you sit on a doctors table but sideways, while the doctor sits in the corner to the right and a nurse stands awkwardly in the other corner where there is a table prepped with a line of meds really to go. He will feel your thyroid and listen to your heart and lungs. Yes, the doctor was a little brash and yes he is a hefty guy (this should make it pretty obvious what’s going on here lol) and the wait time was a little long (45 minutes and the actual doctor visit was 5 minutes), but let’s be real... we all know why we’re here and it’s not the doctor’s bedside manner.

How is he a "Weight Loss Specialist" when he weights over 400 lbs himself? I have no idea how he has been able to maintain his license. I have never been screamed out by a doctor before. He should be ashamed and embarrassed!

I haven't gone to his practice in over 9 months because I have always found him and his assistants to be unprofessional and rude. I have been using a much nicer, cleaner and professional practice but the cost is much higher. I wanted to save some money so I gave in and went to his Hiram location yesterday. I called the week before and found out that due to the pandemic, he was only open in Hiram on Wednesday afternoons. Upon arrival I was shocked that no one was at the door taking temperatures and I didn't observe signs requiring patients to wear protective masks. I entered the practice with a face mask on and kept it on the entire time. While I sat in the waiting area I was shocked and uncomfortable that I could hear every single conversation he was having with each and every patient. Conversations about medications they are taking, how much weight they gained etc. I kept thinking that I needed to walk out because if I was uncomfortable hearing others conversations, it was not going to be comfortable when he spoke to me. I made a poor choice and stayed.
In the waiting area, they were not adhering to social distancing guidelines and the people taking blood pressure readings, weight and measurements were not wearing masks or gloves. After my weight, BP and measurements were taken I was told to go stand on an X in the middle of the walkway between exam rooms. That was when I saw where he was sitting and couldn't believe it. He was sitting in a chair at the end of the reception desk with a fan blowing at him from behind. As I walked up to my designated X, the Doctor got up from his chair and walked to the back where the restrooms are located. I stood on my X for about 10 or 15 minutes when he found his way back but he now had 7 of us standing in line. FYI, the exam rooms that are normally used are large enough to social distance during his interaction with patients. The fact that he chose to sit in a chair in the middle of the office, not wearing a mask, not providing privacy and then to have a fan blowing at his back and directly into our faces which could assist with the spread of germs is disgusting and feels criminal during these times.
After I was dismissed to checkout (which was a girl standing next to where he was sitting), she asked me to have a seat in the waiting area. I was a bit confused but followed directions and took a seat. About 5 minutes later, my first and last name was yelled across the waiting area. When I got to the counter the young woman tells me that the Doctor would not be prescribing medicine to me today. I was stunned but simply said, okay. I started to walk away but turned back to ask for an explanation. Before I could get a word out the checkout lady raised her voice and very loudly said, "The doctor is NOT PRESCRIBING PHENTERMINE TO YOU". I desperately wanted to know why but because of the packed waiting area, the total lack of privacy and based on their lack of professionalism, I knew they would not give me the consideration of privacy to explain anything to me. I walked out and I will NEVER go back.
I think I know why he didn't prescribe med's and I'm fine with it. What is most upsetting and unacceptable is the manner in which it was handled and instead of speaking with me privately and allowing me to provide information and actual proof that would clear things up, they decided to label me and embarrass me in front of a lobby full of people. After leaving, I called the main phone number of the company he practices under and let me just say, they were not shocked by his behavior.

His "practice" is really nothing but a pill mill. He is a morbidly obese man telling others what they need to do to lose weight. I found it very hard to take him seriously. I overheard him reading the names of prescriptions someone was taking and he couldn't pronounce any of it, he was sounding it out! Then he asked what it was and what it was used for! I probably should have ran then. I have also seen him tell one of his employees that he liked it when she wore a certain top. It was in a flirtatious way, she was probably at least half his age. He is a pretty disgusting man who is paranoid and not interested in peoples health. Just making a ton of money from his pill mills. I won't be surprised if he is closed down soon. I have witnessed him agreeing to give these diet pills to someone with high blood pressure. I didn't think you were supposed to take them with high BP, googled it later and realized, yep, not supposed to. Hope he didn't kill that woman!

This pitiful, obese troll is an absolute joke. He is rude, fat, lazy, and enormous.... He sells speed out of a strip shopping center and should GET OVER HIMSELF. Please see ANY other doctor.
