She is excellent! My family all see her and we love how nice she treats us. I can't provide details, but she saved my mom's life by recognizing an acute medical issue. Susan sent her to the hospital for treatment right away that day and the hospital told us it could have killed my mom. WE ARE GREATFUL!

I don't know how this person ever got to be a nurse practitioner. The first clue was her continually asking the other NP in the office for answers to medical questions. The kicker was giving me the wrong blood test for prior approval for a long held prescription, and a faulty diagnosis. This caused me to be denied insurance coverage for the prescription, and the insurance company would not accept a correction from her, despite another costly blood test. Further, request for prescription refills from my pharmacy for vital prescriptions for HBP were routinely ignored, to the point where I ran out of medication, and required me continually calling the office, to get refills authorized. Needless to say, I have found another physician. Wall is either incompetent or negligent or both. Go someplace else. I could add further comments, but I prefer not to be cruel.

Susan Wall is "very" nice and a people person. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares. I will send my kids to her also.
