Had no idea about my illness and didn't take a minute to learn about it. She asked me to explain it and still can't pronounce. Cold and almost goes out of her way to make sure you know she doesn't care about her patients at all. If you call with an emergency like having bad side effects, she will call half a day later if you miss the call back, her voicemail just says something like 'I'm returning your call, bye'. She sounds grateful she's done her part and didn't have to talk to you. Waited almost two years before referring me to someone who could help. Two years of major suffering.
