Dr.Reid and her knowledgeable staff made me feel right at home in their new location. The environment is very peaceful and decorated beautifully. It is more like a spa experience with a massager in the chair, eye pillow and a warm blanket. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were a special treat too! One of the reasons I travel to Dr. Reid, is her focus on holistic health practices so the entire body performs optimally. The unique bite guard she designed for me has helped my jaw clenching immensely. Also, given the advice that teeth are never suppose to touch unless they are chewing food was an eye opener! By easing the jaw, my entire face is more relaxed, less intense. I found the prices very reasonable, especially with all the personalized attention to detail. Highly recommended experience!

This office is FANTASTIC. The staff is very professional and friendly from the moment you walk in the door and Dr. Reid treats you as though she has known you her whole life. I feel that their prices are very comparable to other offices. I would highly recommend them.

This dentist is overpriced. I have decided to get a permanent dentist elsewhere for my families needs. My tooth repair went from a filling which cost $169 to $415.00 when I received the list there were things added I never requested. My insurance is not covering all these services. Many which I do not feel is necessary. Then next she started suggesting a crown.

I went into to get my teeth clean and have an assessment of what work needs to be done. The hygienist was the best. Very thorough and giving instructions on how to keep my teeth healthy at the end. Dr. Reid spoke to me for about five minutes then left. Most of the work is done by xray technicians, hygienist, and other staff. She is a little pricey. The total for my dental work is $3500.56. My health insurance will be covering most of the cost. My pay will be $810.60. I will be completing my work in stages. One thing that made me happy was she does not want to drill out your teeth. Some dentist will drill and replace just to make money. This is not the case with Dr. Reid. Brush and floss twice a day, use listerine for rinsing, invest in a Oral B Professional Care SmartSeries at WalMart. Your teeth breaks up the food which nourishes your body. Limit your intake of soda and candy. You take care of your teeh and they will take care of you.

I love Dr. Reid! She has been my dentist for years, and I have never had anything but the best care from her and her staff, who are very well trained. I have had several major procedures done in her office, by her personally. And her support and advice after my front teeth were practically knocked out in an automobile accident saved my teeth.

Wow. I was surprised to hear other patients' comments about Dr. Reid. I found her to be very nice, professional, and understanding. Granted, I haven't had any major dental issues, and I've only seen her for checkups. My insurance paid the entire bill, so I can't speak to the cost. I will agree wholeheartedly that at least one of her dental hygenists is very condescending and obnoxious.

I went for an initial evaluation for a root canal and a price workup to remove my silver fillings. A technician conducted the evaluation and was so arrogant and condescending, I could not wait to get out of the office. I never went back and found someone else to help meet my needs. I am a medical professional as well and it is rare that I have been treated that way. Their prices are close to gouging...outrageous for the services they offer. I saw Mr. Dr. Reid for about 1 minute.

The INVISIBLE Dentist!! The dental techs tended to me 98% of the time. In five visits, I ACTUALLY SAW Dr. Reid only ONE TIME, and that was for about ONE MINUTE TOPS!! And to top it off, she charges TOP DOLLAR for services. I have since switched to another dentist and filed a complaint with the dental board concerning her lackadaisal concern and character. If you seek services at this practice, the dental techs are the ones ACTUALLY DOING the work the Dentist SHOULD BE DOING!
