I have no problem with Dr. Advani's staff. They try their best to be helpful although you sometimes have to remind them about prescription refills. I don't see a specific place to rate Dr. Advani. I would rate her a 2. She is very much against your participation in your own care. She interupts you when asking questions and speaks over you if you try and continue to ask a question. You are expected to only listen and agree. If that's the kind of doctor that works for you, then maybe you would like her. I found her to be extremely rude. She doeesn't want to hear about any other medical problems that she feels don't pertain to her. She doesn't want to work with other doctors unless they are in her own orbit. She passes judgment on patients and other doctors without any knowledge on the subject. She missed my kidneys failing because she refuses to look at your bloodwork until your appointment. Due to a parent dying, i had to cancel my appointment. Had I known my kidneys were beginning to fail, I could have prevented further damage. She never looked at the bloodwork results that she prescribed. After finding out many months later when they were able to fit me in again, she blamed it on another doctor. She took no blame on herself or her own practices. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr Sonoo Advani is an exceptional endocrinologist; she is pro-active and anticipates problems; she made sure I got a kidney transplant before going into dialysis; she has an excellent knowledge of nutrition and each patient gets her full attention and is treated as though the patient is her only patient; I recommend her highly

I have been seeing doctor Advani for a few years now and she has helped me significantly reduce my A1c and other labs. She recommended a change in diet and pinpointed exactly where I needed to supplement my diet. I lost weight , achieved normal labs and felt better.
Receintly, I was diagnosed with a rare auto immune disease. She was very helpful in finding the best doctor who could treat my disease and followed me through my treatment process and recovery. She is a wonderful, caring doctor and human being. I would highly her.

I’ve been going to her for a long time and she has done nothing to help me but continues to sell her products to me. She is as disorganized as her staff who mess up appointments and the wait to see her is so not worth it

I would never have known I was sick unless Dr. Advani wasn’t relentless in making sure I had all the right tests. Thank goodness for her. She is smart and kind and beyond knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Dr Advani for four years now. She is extremely caring and knowledable. She has helped me through some serious health issues. She knows what she is doing and has also taught me how to help myself through diet, exercise. Her supplement line has increased my vitamin levels, and the probiotics i was taking through the drug store did absolutely nothing. Once I started taking the line of probiotics she offers, my stomach issues have cleared. I am very thankful that I have found Dr Advani.

Dr Advani's staff are so difficult and rude to work with. If you need to reschedule an appointment you are given a date 2 months out! She is not available on Wednesday's and Friday's. Seriously, why practice at all if your time and schedule are so limited that patients can't get in to see you. Doctors are not the only profession to be strapped for time...we are all busy and rescheduling of appointments needs to be more flexible and respected...not dismissed in this manner. The staff are also very rude to deal with, I have experienced this a few times and even mentioned this to the doctor herself but no changes....customer service doesn't seem to matter these days, it's just all about the $$$.

I have been seeing Dr. Advani for about ten years. I appreciate the fact that she is open to trying different things and has my best interests at heart. She has always listened to me and allowed me to experiment with holistic methods. She has been a great help to me.

I waited almost 2 months to see this doctor. Given her online profile and some great reviews I felt very optimistic that she could help me. My appt was completed rushed and this doctor was more rude than any I had ever met. She cut me off every time I tried to explain my health issues and had the door of the exam room open with one foot out the door in the middle of talking. She gave my situation a quick assessment and when I asked her reasoning she said "I couldn't possibly explain all of my years of knowledge in this short appt". She pushed me to go take bloodwork and said I'd get a call 2 days later with results. Not only did I not get a call but when I followed up weeks later I was again told that I would be contacted in 2 days. A week later no call. There is no chance I would ever see her again or recommend her to anyone that asked.
