Dr. William Moores took me back from the brink. My limited language prevents me from expressing just how excellent he is in every facet of his practice.
Dr. Will is excellent……interested, helpful, thorough and the list goes on

Very professional and friendly. The visit was very informative. He had an intern with him at time of visit and as he explained to him it gave me some knowledge on my problem.

Had a knee replacement and all went very well. No issues with surgery and follow up was thorough. Currently waiting for the other knee and willing to wait until Dr. Moores is available.

This doctor must have found his license in a Cracker Jack box. He is a hack! Operated on my broken leg and I had to have 5 operations to correct the damage he did - fixed by a top orthopaedic surgeon in Toronto. I actually died on his table, he screwed up so badly. I feel badly for Newfoundlander’s who have no choice but him. Worst surgeon ever!!

I have only good things to say about Dr Moores,he is an excellent surgeon, however I do wish he'd instruct his PA to clear her voicemail, because over the last four months it's been full everytime i've tried to contact him.

Dr. Moores is very friendly and caring. I have had several appointments both on phone and in person. He is very punctual. He is a fairly young Doctor but seems to be really knowledgeable about orthopedic surgery. He removed my infected hip and replaced it three months later. Awesome job, I'm very pleased.

Knee replacement I had in January 2019 (by Dr. Squire) got infected and had to be taken out in December 2019. I had to spend the next 100 days in hospital before they could do another knee replacement, just as COVID started. Love Dr. Moores and his team.

I was dissapointed with Dr Moores and his team. I was in hospital 6 days after hip surgery 4 of those on bedrest. I was concerned why my knee wouldn't bend in bed nor could I lift it at all. Related to his residents they lifted itvsaid it moves. I never understood why I was in hospital on bed rest as my understanding is get u up quickly to get good result. Suddenly I was forced out in a very big rush hencetackling 42 stairs in my building was a very very difficult challenge. Finally unrelated to dr moore but a staff member at st clares influenced my home care report by intersecting that I had said I didn't want home care just wanted to go home. I actually was asking for rehab and begging for home care. It was denied and I'm now home 5 days no help. Overall a very poor experience.

Hip revision from Dr Moore’s. He has been up front with me and honest. I am fully aware the the mentores other doctors who may see me at first but he always is quickly debriefed and if warranted he then comes into the appointment room and provides his professional advise. He has excellent bedside manor and is thorough. I would give him a rating of A+
