If your considering Kode, please look elsewhere. My results were terrible and far from acceptable. The surgery had to be completely redone by another surgeon after waiting long enough to undertake the surgery again.

The surgeon who has finally fixed the implants was not impressed with attempt by Kode.

Kode didn't care at all and denied any wrong doing and was very rude once there was a problem.

It just shouldn't be allowed that they can have no accountability.

I have been a patient of Dr Kode now for a few years, having undergone several procedures after significant weight loss. The care and understanding that Dr Kode and his staff provide, both before and after a procedure, is unsurpassed that I have ever experienced. What makes Dr Kode stand out above other specialist surgeons is his understanding of the importance to the patient of the final "look" of the procedure. He is an amazing surgeon that achieves the most natural and complimentary outcomes with minimal evidence of surgery having been undertaken. I am very happy with the procedures Dr Kode has provided to me and am thankful for his care, understanding and expertise. If looking for that rare specialist surgeon that also actually cares about his patient, then look no further, Dr Kode is your doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr Kode and his staff.

Recently had a tummy tuck with dr Kode unfortunately this ended in a bad infection, no wrong doing on Dr Kodes behalf, and since have had to have 2 follow up surgeries (with a 3rd coming up) to get rid of the infection.
Dr Kode provides his mobile number to patients for any emergencies they may have and always gets back to you.
Dr Kode travelled from Hobart back to Launceston (on his weekend) to perform my 3rd surgery at the LGH.
His office staff are always so warm welcoming and caring.
Could not recommend Dr Kode enough. The care and aftercare he gives his patients is unlike any other surgeon I have ever come across.

Very bad experience left with dodgy results then spoken to rudely when questioned the outcome, no responsibility taken whatsoever. Stay away from this guy very unprofessional.

Would recommend Dr Gary Kode to anyone, was very helpful with all questions I had and his staff were very quick to get back to me with any questions I had before and after surgery. The surgery went smoothly and all Incisions have healed well with no complications at all.

I had a breast lift + implant with Mr Kode in 2019. Fantastic job and I'm thrilled with the natural result and extremely fine stitching (with regard to minimising scarring). Recovery was perfect and he took extra time in theatre to correct some asymmetry. Will definitely return in the future!!

I saw Mr kode for a breast augmentation. He was fantastic. Informative, non judgemental and extrmely helpful. Surgery was a breeze, I was left with minimal scars and amazing breasts. Highly recommended.
