I didn't go further than a phone call with these people. "Kelly" was very rude and condescending. According to her everyone else is less expensive and I am not worth good dentistry if I need Care Credit to pay for it. SNOBS

You're in good hands with Dr. Yazdi. She's a dentist that you can trust and someone that cares about her patients. Here's my story and I'm not alone (read more on http://www.carlsbaddentistry.com): I just got my teeth cleaned and x-rays taken last week. She was so efficient with my time that I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes (less time than I usually spend waiting for other dentists to get me in the chair). She also gave me the very best in dentistry even though I came in for a simple cleaning. She personally cleaned my teeth and let me know that I had a bit of toothbrush abrasion (something no other dentist had mentioned to me). She cared so much that she gave me a toothbrush with soft bristles and an ergonomic design to make it easy to avoid toothbrush abrasion in the future and still reach back to get those hard to get at molars. A nice touch to keep me out of trouble in the future and something that you don't get everywhere else! I recommend Dr. Yazdi!

Debbie a member of the staff said "I do not care about your wellbeing." She was rude and unwilling to fax my X-Rays to my Orthodontist. I am outraged! I will never go back after being talked to that way.

I feel that Dr. Yazdi really just wants to do cosmetic dentistry and nothing else. I came in with insurance, and really just wanted general stuff done. She tried to convince me to get cosmetic stuff done even though it wasn't covered by my insurance. Of course I declined, and just got a cleaning (she also said 2 of my fillings needed to be replaced. I managed to get them to do an insured procedure for that. She didn't want to, though). The cleaning was done extremely quickly & not thorough, and half of the procedures were done by the assistant! They should have a hygienist if anything. Maybe if you just wanted cosmetic procedures they'd take the time with you. I also think because I paid with insurance is why I got hasty service
