Dr David Lester is a rare and genuinely kind Dentist. My sister and brother-in-law suffered through bad experiences with another Dentist, and they saw how unafraid I was to go to Dr Lester. Also his work is professional and he is a kind person. It was an easy switch over to Dr David Lester for my sister and brother-in-law, and now they look back and wonder how and why they put up with the other Dentist's painful treatments. His office is off of Tustin in Orange, CA and is easy to get too. His staff is also very professional and run like clockwork! He really cares. If you have ever been so afarid to go to the Dentist ~ He is your man! Trust me. I was once that person!

I brought my 11 year old in for what I thought would be 2 extractions. It turned out that three needed to be done (adult teeth not pushing out the baby teeth). The doctor offered nitros (sp?) to keep him happy and I think novacaine to numb the pain. We scheduled appointment on Friday for Monday. We were there 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork but were seen at the appointment time. Dr Lester was great at explaining to my son what to expect and was done with all three of the extractions without my son even realizing it. My son was also concerned that he was going to need braces. Dr. Lester said that my son should wait another year to see a orthodontist to let more of his adult teeth come in and that braces should be able to quickly move his teeth into place since they are spaced widely apart. Whew!

Dr. David Lester is very professionsl. I used to go to his father, Dr. Gary Lester. Laura and Becky help him in the office, which is very clean, with modern equipment. I used to suffer in PAIN with all the other dentists I went to. Not any more. Dr. David is top notch. If you need nitrous oxide to block out the experience, they will help you. I listen to my favorite CD and the experience seems like it took 15 minutes, but I was in the chair for an hour. Time flies by. I have no worry about recommending Dr. David Lester to anyone, especially those who have been badly traumatized from past experiences at the dentist. TRUST me. Linda Ascenzi
