I want to thank you and your wonderful staff for the great service you gave me during my recent extraction and combined implant of my lower molar (#19). Please convey to all your staff they are all very caring, understanding and professional. They are the best.
I was very apprehensive about the procedure you were going to preform because of a number of unpleasant experiences I have had in the past. One of which was a previous endodontist who cracked my molar when “banged out” the root canal in a hurried manner. I’m so glad that you use general anesthesia and that you do the extraction and implant all at one time. I followed you Post-op procedures and I “didn’t have any pain.” It may be hard to believe, but I had a wonderful experience and a very fast recovery. I also like the fact that you called me personally the day after your surgery to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions or concerns.
The total experience with you and your team was Great!

Watch out if you owe them money, even if it's only for short term! We are waiting for our insurance to cover their services which was emergency service and is almost guaranteed to be covered. They made NO attempts to collect from our insurance company. In the meantime, they are charging us 8% interest - get his - A MONTH! That's 96% interest a year! I have not seen or heard anyone charging this kind of interest anywhere ever. This is despite the several calls we made them requesting them to not charge the interest for a couple of weeks - until we collect from our insurance company. We will pay from our personal funds and be done with these people, forever! 96% interest must be criminal in somebody's book. We certainly feel it's unethical.
