I have been in the care of this practice for over 15 years. Primary care is essential to every aspect of life, and no one is better trained for that better then Dr. Kamath and his associates. Dr. Marian Kamath is an amazing doctor! It may seem as if he’s rushing, but he’s just a fast talker naturally but he doesn’t miss a thing! The Massapequa office is my first choice every time because the staff there are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The nurse EVA!! Oh my gosh, she’s the absolute BEST! She is polite, professional, she knows exactly what to say to calm you down and help relax. She’s an all around natural born DOLL! I highly recommend!

I have been seeing this doctor for several years. Always brought into exam room promptly. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic. He calls specialists and makes sure they are treating you properly and you are comfortable with them. I am very okeased with the care i receive.

I have had many interactions with Dr Kamath for over 20 years.
He has always taken me seriously, knows his regular patients, responds to calls and always returns calls if you have questions or with your test results.
He has gone above and beyond with seeking approval for medical care that is appropriate for you as an individual. He has an excellent memory & is your advocate with the health care system and insurance company. He will consult with your other doctors when needed. Others see this as interrupting your visit but he is actually taking other MD calls & one could be yours so be kind if this happens.
He is your advocate. He is sensitive, responsible, responds to your needs & orders appropriate test and consults as needed. A rare quality today, he knows his patients & will always advocate for you.

Dr Kamath is an amazing doctor!! He saved my life and my leg I was in a very bad situation and he came in like an angel and didn’t care what other doctor thought he had me moved to a better hospital for better care!! This one man saw what I needed and gave it to me !! Dr Kamath goes up and beyond for his patients and he provides all the support and care you need he truly is an amazing doctor !!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Kamath for numerous years now and his knowledge, preciseess and succinctness never fails to amaze me and bring us comfort. DR. Kamath is honest and if he can take care of it he will, if he cannot he has a list of specialty associates that he trusts to refer to and so far we have felt confident with everyone of them.
Also, this office does not sit on it's laurels with a doctorate degree from 20 years ago, they are constantly staying in touch and educating themselves about new techniques and medications. they are also a teaching establishment which means the new dr's they bring in must keep them on their toes!!!!

Dr. Marian Kamath has been my husband's doctor for almost 15 years. In recent years as my husband's health has declined, I have found that Dr. Kamath & his office staff have not only been accommodating but have gone above & beyond their scope of practice to address my husband's health issues. The office staff has always been friendly, courteous and professional, returning phone calls promptly and making a difficult situation manageable for me.

I was in and out of the hospital for three years until I started seeing Dr. Marion D. Kamath (Massapequa Office). He was able to diagnosed my condition, control it, and keep me out of the hospital. He listens, he cares and has a great memory of my health problems. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable. His staff is pleasant and helpful and his nurses are able to take blood on the first try. His office is clean and well organized. The bathroom is clean. I feel comfortable when I am there.

This review is regarding Wantagh office. Desk staff are friendly but not professional administrators and facility needs updating. But nursing staff are very good and, most importantly, Dr. Marian Kamath is an intelligent and insightful physician. People confuse his being succinct and to the point with being rushed. He diagnostic skills are excellent and he expresses a sincere interest in preventive care.
