Dr. Lake rarely works and hires dentist on a contract basis to keep his practice running so he can keep making money. The last dentist he hired in recommended a number of dental work, which I trusted and followed. Unfortunately, his office overcharged on the service provided and was very rude.

Dr Lake is extremely nice and the staff is wonderful. Our 6 year old has been going several years. She had a cavity a year ago and Dr. Lake filled it. The next checkup we were told that she had no cavities and doing well. Suddenly she was having pain in a tooth so we we took her in. She had a cavity in a baby tooth that required a root canal. He wouldn't perform the procedure and sent us to a specialist. The next checkup she had 1 cavity and he sent us to the same specialist for a similar procedure. This time the specialist brought me in to talk. She informed me that my daughter has 7 cavities not 1 and that the cap that he put in was loose and now requires a root canal. Dr. Lake did not identify 6 cavities and kept telling me that my daughter was fine but unfortunately this was not the case. I highly recommend taking your kids elsewhere.
