The staff working the front desk are terribly rude. They always act as though anything you ask of them (whether it be scheduling you next appt. or simply checking in) is a difficult request. Multiple times I have come in and stood in front of the desk waiting for one of the women behind the desk to even look at me then when one of them finally did they would let out a long sigh and just stare at me as opposed to saying, "Hi, how are you? What can I do for you today?" Although the front desk staff is far below standards, the rest of the staff beyond the desk are usually very friendly and knowledgeable. They are the reason I keep coming back despite the terrible front desk service.
