Dr. V is an EXCELLENT psychiatrist who was the first to accurately diagnose my disorder, after 23yrs spent searching. She has made me an active partner in my treatment, and actually listens to what I have to say and adjusts the plan accordingly. This is NOT therapy; she is an MD and uses sessions for discussions/feedback to provide insight for better treatment modalities, e.g. medications. If you want a hug, go visit your mother. **Highest recommendation**

Very cold and narcissistic. Initially was helpful and we were looking to change Dr's but felt stuck because of medication changes and wait times to see another physician. I do not recommend Dr Vigilar

Only had one visit. I found dr. Maria Vigilar to be unfriendly and " cold".

Came recommended by a close friend. Wonderful staff and excellent hours. I have only had one appointment, but I know I have a new doctor. Very extensive initial appointment establishing a strong baseline for future benchmarks and progress.
