Dr. Roberta Beals is all about "fixing" you. She doesn't want to give you a "bandaid", she wants to find & fix the root of the problem. She cares...truly. I'm from 3 hours away and would gladly drive further to go to her. Dr. Beals is extremely knowledgable and I've recommended her to at least 10 of my friends. She amazing!

It is very difficult to actually see the doctor herself, always a PA. I do not feel she is interested in my medical problems, nor is her staff. Getting test results back from her office takes a very long time and then, sometimes, I have to go back to re-take the test because something "got lost". She and her staff need a lot of improvement. I would NOT recommend her.

This Doctor does not care about her patients. Took forever to get refills on prescriptions. Have not seen her once, only her PA's. The one PA was nice but couldn't help me because I needed a doctor's help. What a waist of money and time. I really do not recommend her and suggest you go somewhere else.

I continue to get the impression she doesn't care that much about my health issues. Staff fails to respond to Rx refill requests.

Dr. Beals and her nurses are good. Julie, in particular is a sweet and tactful nurse. Dr. Beals isn't very chatty and sometimes may seem like she's in a hurry, but is a good doctor. My only complaint is the staff at the front desk. They seem to always be annoyed and rarely look at you when they speak to you. I've been going to this clinic for years, and they still treat me like a stranger whenever I come in.

I found this doctor very unsociable, yes, unsociable. she ordered blood work and never contacted with the results, i left several messages before her nurse returned my call. although it was not lunch time, the nurse was talking to me and eating at the same time. they are all rude and unprofessional here.
