I feel incredibly blessed to be a patient in this clinic. Dr. Pun is extremely compassionate, kind and dedicated to her work. I fully trust her medical knowledge. Karen is extremely efficient and organized. She readily responds to my phone call messages. If she does not have the information, she finds it as quickly as possible and gets back to me promptly. This is an amazing clinic and as a patient, I am very, very grateful.

Dr. Pun was my Dr. for an emergency salpingectomy and blood transfusion. The experience itself was traumatic but Dr. Pun was knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy and compassionate from the moment we met until my follow up appt.
She was literally a saving grace.

Haven’t actually seen this dr but will not be going to her anymore as whoever is her receptionist or secratary is Extremely rude!!! Very short with me and unwilling to answer questions and explain procedures. She basically hung up on me. I have been waiting for this appointment for almost a year and just wanted to know what to expect but she couldn’t even tell me and sounded bothered that I even asked.

Reception is rude and dismissive. Her tone was a bit snarky and she was abrupt trying to get me to hang up rather than help me understand.

Fantastic doctor! Dr. Pun takes her patients concerns and time seriously. After first seeing her about getting an IUD I felt comfort. She took time to get a detailed history and asked about my preferences when coming up with a medical plan which was safe and best for me given my medical history. After experiencing some symptoms of another problem a few years later I reached out to her. Her office was closed and I left a detailed message- she called me back even though her office was closed and scheduled additional testing at Woodstock hospital and a follow up with her rather than wasting my time taking an extra trip to her office. She was able to properly diagnose me and get me on a treatment plan. She is very patient, understanding and has incredible bed side manner. She is knowledgeable and provides the best treatment she possibly can.

Dr pun, took me as patient very late into my pregnancy . she made me and my husband feel comfortable answered any questions we had and was very knowledgeable and supportive . Especially with gestional dietbeties as a complication. I would have dr pun as my ob again for first time mom she was amazing.

My experience has been wonderful!! Dr.Pun is quick and to the point. Willing to answer any questions and took her time. Great bedside manner. Her receptionist Karen is great! She is organized, pre booking appts, even faxing blood work requisitions since I live out of town. She’s been nothing but pleasant and helpful! Appreciate this office and the staff.

Dr Pun is great but not very encouraging when you choose to get off of birth control to allow you body to regulate itself. She wants you to jump into another birth control immediately, though I understand her view point. It comes off a tad judgemental. Overall a good doctor but quick to push drugs - which I do understand. However the receptionist/ assistant Karen is utterly unprofessional. She will scoff and tell you she’s in the middle of something... I do think as face and voice for Dr pun you should keep in mind your job entails customer service. I dread seeing Karen as she is quite rude. I truly hope Dr Pun will consider help with better bedside manner.

The receptionist is downright rude and unprofessional. She ruins the experience with her disrespectful manner and doesn’t follow up to inform you when referrals have been sent through. Dr Pun is fantastic, but should seek a new gate keeper.
