First of all I like to thank the veterans for his review. He is all those things you stated. I had the same experience with him. He bully you and tries to intimate you. He was never able to fit my bottom dentures., so he gave up
He left me with partials that done fit and I can't get replacement without jumping through hoops. I should of said something but I knew he would turn it around and blame me. Stay away from him

A simple denture replacement became a nightmare at the hands of this dentist.
His unsupervised assistant ripped a horrible hole in the roof of my mouth while taking measurements to form the new dentures.

When mentioned to Dr. Rusiecki, I was first accused of fabricating the injury. Seeing it for himself, he then talked down to me as if I was at fault somehow.
Throughout the following months, I dealt with deaths in my family, a double hernia operation, and personal issues that set me in mind to manage the problem with Dr Rusiecki with respect and patience.

However, this man took every opportunity to play on my kindness, suggesting I was at fault for his negligence.
The dentures I finally received had a massive buildup of excess material, which this supposed dentist accused me of adding with a household tool. (a Dremel tool). It was excess material, making it difficult to articulate clearly, and hard to process my food.

He wasn't capable of understanding the problem while still focusing on blaming someone else (me) for the damage his assistant did to my mouth.
Several times I tried to reassure this man that I had no desire to call an attorney or sue him for the damages, but to no avail.
Each interaction met with a promise to fix or replace the dentures with something that would not cause me pain, and allow me to eat and speak without difficulty.
His fear of being sued by a patient completely negated his ability to treat me as a human being with respect.

His final act was to issue a restraining order served on me by the local police after I told him I'd had enough, and he had forced me to seek legal means to relinquish back the money paid I up front;, and also "hopefully" refund the insurance money because his negligent work and his uncaring disposition were not worthy of receiving payment. (payment which he already had).

I am a Veteran who served on active duty in hostile areas in order that people like this so-called dentist could seek and enjoy a comfortable life in a land unlike any other.
We Veterans expect little for doing what any man is expected to do to secure the safety and well being of those back home.
Veterans didn't serve for glory, honor, or a pat on the back.
We served to protect loved ones, our country, and our way of life.
Disrespect and humiliation are not expected from professionals who have enjoyed the highest form of living this land offers.

I could have gone to the VA, but thought a supposedly well-established dentist might be more professional and perhaps better qualified.
I've suffered my entire adult life following my years in service, with the effect of exposure to a deadly chemical in Asia.

I'm a senior now, putting forth my knowledge and efforts to help people.

I am appalled, shocked, and embarrassed to meet any professional with such a condescending attitude and ill-presented professionalism, as Dr Rusiecki showed me.

I am recovering from my operations.
My sister and niece have been laid to rest.
My life is returning to normal except for the evasive subterfuges encountered with Dr Rusiecki.

Would I recommend him? No; not ever. His fear was far more powerful than his efforts to properly care for me.
He took advantage of some very emotional moments of deaths in my family, sickness, operations, and other less grievous moments in my life (as explained in phone conversations with him). My kindness was his weapon. I have zero confidence in this dentist.

To my dismay, I have to return to this (?) dentist to have the mess he's shoved off on me fixed. Dismayed? Yes.
During my first visit, his helper ripped a hole in the roof of my mouth while using one of their machines.
I now have a scar on the roof of my mouth, and a memory of this would-be care taking dentist suggesting I was mistaken.
I couldn't eat without pain for a week. There was no mistake about my mouth being ripped up.

I had to assure him I was planning no lawsuit at the time, just to silence his skepticism.

Next visit after dentures received, this man had the audacity to suggest I reworked my dentures with a DREMEL tool at home.

The dentures had a massive lump of excess material on the roof.
It wasn't missing anything because of Dremel Tool action at home by me - it had too much material because of faulty manufacturing and improper information for whatever lab did the work.

I've never, in all my years, had a dentist accuse me of doing my own dental work at home in order to avoid admitting he'd failed miserably in several areas of my dental care.
The dentures I received fit horribly.

I now have an annoying scar on the roof of my mouth where his dental assistant racked it with a tool she supposedly used often. (Trust me - I think I was a guinea pig while the dentist was off treating another patient.
My dentures are off centered (looks like my entire upper teeth are turned slightly to the left of center under my nose). It's horrible to smile now.

The material gathers a plaque like substance almost immediately after insertion. Prior to his grinding off a large lump of excess denture material, my mouth filled with gobs of some bacterial feeling substance.

I have don't have the money to cover the half co-payment for a new dentist, so I'm doomed to revisit this rude, arrogant individual.

There are simply too many problems with the work and conduct I experienced at this dentist's office.

The unsupervised procedure that ripped a painful gash in the roof of my mouth, the accusatory nature of the dentist during every visit, the rude, argumentative nature concerning the ill-fitting, improperly manufactured dentures, and the impudence of accusing me of trying to fix his mess with a hand tool at my home are enough to keep me as far from this dentist as possible - except I've already paid. I can't use this mess he's provided for my mouth, and I truly dread asking him once again to please fix his mess.
Each time we go over his foolish rude comments, I become more depressed. I hate having to return to his office.
I can honestly say that my denture situation is as bad after leaving his office with my new dentures as it was before I entered his doors.
His word against mine as per the gashing done to the roof of my mouth. I don't care. I know the man, and won't waste time trying to have him do the right thing.
I just want a nice fitting; nice looking; properly measured and manufactured; set of dentures - that I payed for - and as was promised.
Sorry about the length. I'm no author - just a retired man - a Veteran - who's a bit exasperated with the entire ordeal suffered at the hands of this dentist. I would not write this if any of it was unprovable. (except where he ground off the excess material after accusing me of adding it with a Dremel). I started asking about the weird feeling of the dentures the moment they went into my mouth - and now - months later - I fear having to go back to face his arrogance again. Enough. Go at your own risk.

This dentist missed a major cavity in one of my 13 year old sons permanent molars which was discovered by another dentist only 6 months after his last visit with Dr Rusiecki. The cavity was so deep that it either needed a root canal or be pulled.
