She wasn't able to do anything beyond cleaning. But she is going to harass you for years to come even after you called many times to say that you switched to another dentist. She will just keep on mailing you, emailing you, and texting you all at once.

PROS: The technicians in this office are friendly.
CONS: The actual dental appointment itself was rushed. I felt like the dentist did not care about my concerns and the cleaning was incredibly fast, about two minutes, I've had better cleanings done with my electrical toothbrush. All in all, very dissapointing, and my teeth are in no better shape. She did make sure to charge me immediately for the procedure though.

I never write reviews, but I feel the need to with this office. It is a family type of place, and my family has been going here for years. Now, even her son works in the office. Dr. Igdalev and her team never disappoint!

They are great and understanding, specifically when it comes to expenses with procedures and billing. We enjoy every visit, from the cleanings to the root canals to the little gifts we leave with (both kids and adults). Thanks Painless DDS!

I went to 2 other dentists before finally finding Dr. Igdalev. I have been going to her for a few years now and am very happy. Her prices were much more reasonable and she was able to work with me when I had to have a lot of costly procedures done. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

terrible - very rude attendant. We left immediately after arriving. I should probably thank her, I'm sure the attendant's attitude clearly represented the practice. No thank you.
