We've been going to this particular dentist office for about 4 years, the staff is very kind, although the wait may be long sometimes the work is done well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shaja's since 2001. Dr. Shaja restored my teeth beautifully-- ones which were ruined by a previous dentist's malpractice. She is highly skilled, extremely fair in price, and one of the most professional, (top 5%) and one of kindest persons I have ever encountered in my combined 30 years in NYC and 25 years in the Detroit Michigan area. Her staff is highly skilled and most caring.

the doctor is a bit money hungry. She over-charges but is very kind and friendly. However, the staff is absolutely horrible. They all ignore their waiting room, talk about non-work related subjects while patients are waiting. The higher management talks extremely down to lower employees only because they're higher IN FRONT OF PATIENTS. I have to wait at least 30 minutes after my appointment to get in, Wouldn't recomd this place to anyone!

This so called Dentist Dr. Najwa Shaja DDS has ruined all of my teeth. Every single root canal she has performed on my teeth has failed and I've had to shell out top dollar amounts to fix them by an Endodontist because she couldn't perform a single successful root canal. I would not recommend this dentist to those who seek to get root canals.

SHE IS BY FAR THE WORST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. IF YOU WANT YOUR TEETH MESSED TO GO TO HER, IF YOU WANT THEM FIXED DONT BOTHER! VERY MONEY HUNGRY AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING, TAKE MY ADVICE SHE WILL MAKE YOUR TEETH HELL!!

This dentist is the worst. No words can describe the level of unprofessionalism she displays. She cares less about her patient laying in the chair and more about whats in the patients wallet!!! She is moderately priced, however after seeing another dentist, he told me her work was horrible. He had to redo the root canal she performed for me. In the end her "good" price may seem good at first but it ends up costing you more if you did it with a responsible dentist.

She is the most caring, respectful, and and knowledgeable dentist. The staff is also extremely welcoming. Expect your experience to be painless. I give her the highest of recommendations!
